Handling calls from guests who want to make a room reservation with the understanding of our rate strategy and reservation policies, be thorough in recording the booking and quick to spot an upsell opportunity.
Also responsible for receiving all guest requests and executing requests while communicating to other departments such as housekeeping and front desk.
May also help out at the Front Desk, when needed.
EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
High School diploma or GED required.
Knowledge of PBX system and guest relations preferred.
Previous guest service is preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
